All content published by Steady Edge Trading is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret law. This includes the TREPP method as expressed in Steady Edge Trading materials, all written lessons, drills, training scenarios and their underlying configurations, scoring and grading logic, the software that operates The Forge, all charts, illustrations, badge art, and audio narration, all documents, spreadsheets, and templates, the Sunday Macro Brief, the Thursday Mid-Week Read, and all social and video content.
"Steady Edge Trading," "TREPP," "The Forge," the Steady Edge Trading logo and wordmark, and the tagline "We develop the trader." are trademarks of Steady Edge Trading LLC, whether or not federally registered.
Purchase of a product or subscription grants one individual a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the material for their own education. It grants no right to copy, republish, redistribute, resell, record, transcribe, share an account, teach the material, or incorporate any part of it into another product, course, room, service, or community. It grants no right to use any part of the material to develop, train, or evaluate a machine learning or artificial intelligence model.
Requests for permission to quote or reference Steady Edge Trading material go to info@steadyedgetrading.com. Reports of unauthorized use go to the same address.
Registered Works
The written lessons, drills, and training content of The Forge, the software that operates The Forge, and the Steady Edge Trading document library are registered with the United States Copyright Office, effective July 28, 2026. Registration was obtained before any known infringement, which preserves the full range of remedies available under United States copyright law, including statutory damages and attorney fees.
Copyright Complaints
Steady Edge Trading respects the intellectual property of others. To report material on a Steady Edge Trading property that you believe infringes your copyright, send a written notice to info@steadyedgetrading.com identifying the copyrighted work, identifying the material and its location, providing your contact information, and including a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized and that the information in your notice is accurate.
